Orders take approximately 7 -10 days to process and once processed will be shipped.  You may ask for your order to be held to arrive a few days before your event.  If you do not specify a ship date, all orders will ship in approximately 7-10 days. To set a shipping preference go to "more info" in the shipping preference area below and select your ship date if you wish delayed shipping.

All orders are shipped UPS, insured. During the warmer months, orders containing chocolates will be shipped with cold packs next day delivery only. In cooler weather, orders will ship ground unless otherwise specified.  Cost is determined by weight and zip code.

All orders should be opened immediately and examined. Please report any damage within 18 hours of receipt.
